Ventilation design: We have made 150 holes in the pillow to make it more breathable, ventilated, and cool.
Memory foam: We chose the softest memory foam. Its firmness is only slightly firmer than the down pillow. But its support is better than down pillow.Lying on it feels like being on a cloud. Our foam has undergone CertiPUR-US certification.
Washing: The memory foam pillow core cannot be washed. The pillow cover is removable and machine washable.
Packaging: To facilitate transportation, the pillow is compressed in a box. Before first use, gently tap it a few times to allow it to expand and decompress.
